Refund policy

  • You have 30 days to return the item(s) once you have received them.

  • We can only issue a refund for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags and gusset stickers left in place.

  • To make a return - please email me at hello@somewherenever.com 

  • At this time, on international orders only, we do not pay or refund the shipping cost of returned items.

  • Send with a secure service and mark international returns package's contents as 'returned goods' to avoid unnecessary customs & imports charges. We will not pay these charges and the package will be returned to you. 

  • Refunds will be processed once the unwanted items are returned to us, providing it meets the returns criteria.
